Communication and Change Management Support

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Six-month internship starting in September 2026, not suitable for a thesis. The internship requires 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 32 hours.

hirify.global develops and manages home appliance brands including Philips Domestic Appliances, Saeco, Gaggia and Preethi, with a global Supply Chain organisation.

What you will do

• Write and publish the monthly Supply Chain newsletter for a global audience.
• Grow engagement across Viva Engage and SharePoint communities.
• Support Communities of Practice and maintain the platforms they use.
• Work with Business Process Experts to build training and communicate best practices.
• Translate complex technical improvement programmes into clear, accessible messaging.
• Identify communication issues, propose improvements and implement them.

Requirements

• Currently studying Communication, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related subject.
• Must remain registered as a student throughout the entire internship period.
• Strong written English and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Organised, curious and comfortable communicating with new stakeholders.
• Comfortable with, or motivated to learn, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Power Automate and data visualisation tools.
• Students from outside the EU must complete an NUFFIC agreement signed by the student and university.
