Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (minimum 60% office attendance required)

What you will do

  • Act as the senior day-to-day client contact, providing confident counsel and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Lead the research, planning, and development of integrated Corporate Reputation programs.
  • Oversee account team performance, ensuring deadlines are met and execution aligns with client objectives and budgets.
  • Lead media relations strategy, including executive thought leadership and senior media engagement.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research, content development, and campaign delivery.
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to foster growth and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic media relations.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.
  • Excellent business English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dutch and international business media landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and complex multi-market programs.
  • Experience advising brands on reputation-building and issues management.
