Senior Account Executive - Corporate Reputation

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid role with at least 60% of working time expected in the office

What you will do

• Support integrated Corporate Reputation programs covering positioning, narratives, stakeholder mapping, media strategy, thought leadership, and issues management.
• Act as a day-to-day client contact, coordinating requests, updates, deliverables, and account administration.
• Research and analyze business, societal, media, stakeholder, and reputational developments to inform strategies and recommendations.
• Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, Q&As, presentations, executive content, and client reports.
• Support media relations through research, outreach, spokesperson preparation, interview coordination, and event support.
• Collaborate across PR, digital, social, content, earned media, and stakeholder engagement teams while managing timelines, budgets, reporting, proposals, and junior colleague support.

Requirements

• Approximately three or more years of experience in corporate communications, corporate reputation, public relations, strategic media relations, communications marketing, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple client accounts, projects, or communications workstreams and contributing to reputation-building campaigns, thought leadership, media relations, or issues-focused communications.
• Knowledge of the Dutch and international business media landscape, with strong writing, editing, storytelling, organization, and client communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines, markets, or international teams and managing competing deadlines and priorities.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; excellent business English is required in both spoken and written communication.
• Understanding of how AI is shaping communications and stakeholder engagement, with the judgment to use AI-enabled tools accurately, ethically, and transparently.
