What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for corporate reputation clients, ensuring responsive and high-quality delivery.
- Support the research, planning, and development of integrated communications campaigns, including positioning and media strategy.
- Manage small project teams, ensuring quality control, deadline adherence, and effective budget tracking.
- Draft and edit communications materials such as press releases, messaging, Q&As, and client correspondence.
- Contribute to media relations activities, including pitching, monitoring, and spokesperson preparation.
- Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance research, analysis, and content development while maintaining human judgment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.
- Excellent business English, both spoken and written.
- At least four years of relevant experience in communications marketing, PR, or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of corporate reputation and business trust-building.
- Experience managing projects and small teams on corporate or B2B accounts.
- Knowledge of the Dutch and international media landscape.
