Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid role, 60% office attendance required).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for corporate reputation clients, ensuring responsive and high-quality delivery.
  • Support the research, planning, and development of integrated communications campaigns, including positioning and media strategy.
  • Manage small project teams, ensuring quality control, deadline adherence, and effective budget tracking.
  • Draft and edit communications materials such as press releases, messaging, Q&As, and client correspondence.
  • Contribute to media relations activities, including pitching, monitoring, and spokesperson preparation.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance research, analysis, and content development while maintaining human judgment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.
  • Excellent business English, both spoken and written.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in communications marketing, PR, or corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of corporate reputation and business trust-building.
  • Experience managing projects and small teams on corporate or B2B accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch and international media landscape.
