Senior PR & External Communications Manager (AI)

Location: Delft, the Netherlands; Kaiserslautern, Germany; or London, the UK

Salary: Starting at €60,000 gross annually, flexible based on experience

What you will do

• Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting communications to each market.
• Build relationships with technology, trade and business media and turn product, AI and technology developments into compelling stories.
• Prepare executive leaders for interviews, panels and speaking opportunities, including messaging, talking points and follow-up.
• Lead communications for events, product announcements and the evolving AI roadmap.
• Manage PR agencies and freelance partners while developing measurement based on share of voice, coverage quality, message pull-through and business relevance.
• Build a scalable European PR playbook and collaborate with Internal Communications to align internal and external messaging.

Requirements

• Significant experience in PR, external communications or corporate communications, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology; 10+ years is preferred.
• Experience managing communications across multiple markets or international audiences.
• Established media relationships in at least one of the Netherlands, Germany or the UK, with an understanding of market differences.
• Experience translating complex technology or product developments into stories for journalists and business audiences.
• Confidence advising and preparing C-suite executives and senior leaders for media engagements.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills, plus experience managing external communications partners and building structured PR processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German B2B technology and business media landscape.
• Experience communicating about AI, enterprise software, ITSM or digital transformation.
• German or Dutch language skills.
