Senior PR & External Communications Manager (AI)

Location: Office-based in Delft, Kaiserslautern or London, covering the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.

Salary: Starting at €60,000 gross annually, flexible based on experience.

What you will do

• Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting communications to each market.
• Build relationships with technology, trade and business media and create media stories, thought leadership, bylines and interview opportunities.
• Translate hirify.global’s product positioning and “AI you can trust” strategy into compelling external communications.
• Prepare the Executive Team for interviews, panels and speaking opportunities, including messaging, talking points and follow-up.
• Lead communications for events, product announcements and the evolving AI roadmap.
• Manage PR agencies and freelancers, develop PR measurement, and build a scalable European PR playbook.

Requirements

• Significant experience in PR, external communications or corporate communications; 10+ years is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology, with a track record across multiple markets or international audiences.
• Strong media relationships and market understanding in at least one of the Netherlands, Germany or the UK.
• Experience communicating complex technology or product developments to journalists and business audiences.
• Confidence advising and preparing C-suite executives and senior leaders for media engagements.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills, plus experience managing external communications partners and building structured PR processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German B2B technology and business media landscape.
• Experience communicating about AI, enterprise software, ITSM or digital transformation.
• German or Dutch language skills.
