Marketing Enablement Specialist Sr - Pega Customer Decision Hub

Salary: $63,750.00–$116,875.00 per year

What you will do

• Build targeted marketing messaging and campaigns by translating business requirements into business rule logic in Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Consult with Product and Marketing partners to support campaign planning, execution, and activation across multiple channels.
• Perform quality control checks on developed logic and support consistent, compliant marketing operations.
• Coordinate deployments and issue resolution across business, technology, and delivery-channel teams.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and help improve marketing processes, tools, governance routines, and ways of working.
• Manage multiple projects, meet target deadlines, support Business Owners with marketing technology platforms, and assist lower-level analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of marketing systems, business process improvement, organizational change management, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub or similar customer decisioning software.
• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• HTML coding proficiency and SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of test, QA, and production environment structures.
• Interest in marketing technology.
