Finance Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Run monthly and quarterly expense analysis to track spending trends.
• Build and maintain ARR dashboards for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing, collections, and spend management programs.
• Design and optimize company-wide spend policies.
• Support quarterly book close in collaboration with external accountants.
• Track churn and identify key business trends.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar spend management and CPQ software.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Proven ability to design and execute financial processes from scratch.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and presentation skills for communicating data to non-finance stakeholders.
