FP&A Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance for the Board and CFO.
• Support the migration of FP&A tools by defining requirements and mapping data flows.
• Implement end-to-end forecasting and budgeting templates for quarterly and annual cycles.
• Partner with the Data team to validate SaaS KPIs and ensure a single version of truth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize segment profitability and ROI.
• Manage global OPEX and support month-end reviews with department heads.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Highly proficient in Excel/G-Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
• Experience with FP&A or ERP system migrations and process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Must be based in Berlin or able to work in a hybrid model at the Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Private Equity (PE) reporting.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI-driven tools for analytical workflows.
• German language skills.
