Senior SAP Field Services Management (FSM) Consultant

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland, with offices also available in Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk. Travel is based on client needs.

What you will do

• Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP Field Service Management within a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Run stakeholder workshops covering field service, customer service, maintenance execution, after-sales operations, planning and dispatching, mobile field service, and Smartforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP FSM solution designs aligned with S/4HANA service processes.
• Oversee integration between SAP FSM, SAP S/4HANA Service, Customer Service, Plant Maintenance, and related SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Lead SIT and UAT, develop test scripts, manage defects, and support cutover and hypercare.
• Mentor consultants and developers, prepare training materials, and deliver key-user training for dispatchers and field technicians.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive SAP functional experience, including at least 3 years implementing SAP FSM.
• Deep knowledge of heavy manufacturing field service processes, including break-fix, preventive maintenance, warranties, and installed-base management.
• Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP ECC CS/PM, including Equipment, Functional Locations, and Business Partners master data.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Cloud Platform Integration for FSM data replication.
• At least two full-lifecycle SAP FSM implementations in a large enterprise environment.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills are required for working with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Valid SAP Certification in SAP Field Service Management.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with offline mobile capabilities and advanced Smartform scripting.
• Knowledge of SAP Customer Experience, particularly SAP Service Cloud.
