Relationship Manager I-Business Banking (Banking)

Location: 12th and Midtown Atlanta, Georgia; in-office position

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while deepening share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify client opportunities and provide financial insights and tailored banking solutions.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships to acquire clients and improve the client experience.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of business banking, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Client relationship management, prospecting, selling, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage risk and apply internal credit policies.
• Must work in the Atlanta, Georgia office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
