Relationship Banker

Location: Milton, Pennsylvania, United States of America; onsite branch role with face-to-face customer interaction.

Salary: $20.55–$34.25 hourly (USD).

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, identify sales opportunities, open accounts, and refer complex needs to appropriate internal partners.
• Conduct proactive outreach by phone and email to onboard customers, schedule appointments, follow up, and educate clients about relevant products and services.
• Prepare for and conduct customer appointments, provide servicing support, and help manage customer flow in the branch.
• Complete customer profile research and transition conversations toward financial goals and needs-based solutions.
• Apply fraud prevention, KYC, CIP, audit, and operational risk controls while maintaining internal and regulatory standards.
• Stay current on product, operational, and system changes and support branch sales and activity goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or at least one year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge and the ability to communicate tactfully with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology and common communication tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use hands and fingers for prolonged periods, read fine print, and lift 5–30 pounds.
• Ability to work in an open, face-to-face branch environment in Milton, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
