is hiring for a full-time infrastructure-focused business analyst role supporting infrastructure services and operations.
What you will do
- Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and respond to operational issues.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and daily service delivery activities.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Analyze infrastructure technology and support infrastructure-related needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including incident logs and operational records.
- Follow established best practices and service delivery standards while building technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and a basic understanding of technical concepts.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.
