Business Process Specialist

What you will do

• Manage planning workflows, including forecast collection, consolidation, tracking, and timely submission.
• Ensure data completeness and consistency across multiple sources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Product, and Operations teams.
• Align data, assumptions, and priorities across functions and resolve inconsistencies through structured communication.
• Lead planning topics involving demand changes, supply constraints, and execution risks.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process optimization, automation, and digitalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or business.
• 5+ years of experience in planning-related processes.
• Strong data handling and analysis skills; Excel is required.
• Ability to derive insights from imperfect or incomplete data.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with ownership and initiative.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Power BI or Power Query experience.
• APICS CPIM certification or familiarity with IBP.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QAD.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes.
