Associate Technical Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington or Dallas, Texas

What you will do

• Support hiring across software engineering, autonomy, robotics, embedded software, infrastructure, machine learning, and related technical roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through interviews, including recruiter screens and candidate follow-up.
• Partner with senior recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and recruiting partners to build pipelines for difficult-to-find technical talent.
• Coordinate candidate communication, resolve pipeline blockers, and maintain an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, recruiting data, documentation, and operational rigor across multiple open roles.
• Use recruiting tools, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and support process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of recruiting experience, ideally involving technical or engineering roles.
• Experience supporting software engineering, technical, or other complex searches.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines across multiple open roles.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, recruiter screening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, prioritization, and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
