Manufacturing Supervisor (Nuclear)

Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio, United States; onsite, full-time schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Salary: $89,900–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise production activities to meet production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, plans, manpower requirements, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments to optimize facility utilization.
• Review schedules and adjust workflows to meet requirements and minimize downtime.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, housekeeping standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Evaluate employee performance and take corrective action when appropriate.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business or a related field, or 3+ years of experience in manufacturing scheduling or planning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of product quality requirements and health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, during the stated full-time schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or another ERP/MRP system.
• Prior machine shop experience.
