Principal Integration Architect (.NET/C#)

What you will do

• Design and lead a unified enterprise integration layer connecting business domains, internal applications, ERP and SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, and external partners.
• Define architecture standards for APIs, security, observability, documentation, lifecycle management, and integration practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available API ecosystems and event-driven messaging architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews, provide hands-on technical guidance, and facilitate domain discovery and event storming workshops.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering, modernization, technical debt reduction, TDD, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and automated quality practices.
• Partner with platform teams on CI/CD and developer experience while mentoring architects, technical leads, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years in architecture, principal engineering, staff engineering, or technical leadership roles with current hands-on coding.
• Deep expertise in Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, API governance, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, RabbitMQ, Solace, Apache Kafka, or AWS SQS.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth2, OIDC, API security, identity management, observability, and distributed tracing.
• Modern .NET and C# experience is highly desired; equivalent depth in another stack, such as Java, is acceptable.
• Advanced English fluency is required for direct collaboration with a US-based team and stakeholders.
