Focus on defining microservices and event-driven patterns, improving operational reliability, and building automated tests for optimized solutions.

What you will do
- Oversee technical and functional activities across multiple development teams while contributing hands-on to solution design and implementation.
- Coordinate with the product owner to balance functional priorities with technical work and maintain alignment with product and enterprise architecture road maps.
- Communicate leadership priorities and technical guidance across teams and domains.
- Lead operational monitoring and improvements, ensuring efficient resolution of production issues.
- Provide high-level feature estimates, propose optimized solutions, write code, and automate testing.
- Support interviews, developer training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and a collaborative engineering environment.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with C# and .NET Core or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture and cloud-deployed solutions; Azure is preferred, with AWS and GCP also considered.
- Expert knowledge of design patterns and cloud-native strategies, including domain-driven design, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and reliable architectures across multiple projects, as well as API integration and implementation.
- Experience with test automation using xUnit, NUnit, or another C# testing framework, plus knowledge of unit testing.
- Experience using SQL scripting and the ability to mentor teams and improve engineering practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud data storage such as Azure SQL or Cosmos.
- Experience with GitOps.
- Test automation beyond unit testing, including integration and performance testing.
