EMR Integration Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US

Compensation: $144,699–$166,136 base pay per year; $186,750 total compensation per year

What you will do

• Implement EMR solutions with sales teams, healthcare providers, health systems, and their IT teams in person and virtually.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for EMR solutions supporting prenatal and oncology sales.
• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Lead workflow assessments, rollout planning, training plans, and go-live support.
• Own live customer relationships after implementation and coordinate issue and change management.
• Identify EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and interoperability opportunities while improving customer onboarding.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with EMR systems or patient/provider portals, ideally in a diagnostic company or CLIA laboratory.
• Strong understanding of CLIA laboratories, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels.
• Strong technical aptitude; previous technical-role experience is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams and manage expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple common EMR vendors, including Epic, Cerner, athena, or eClinicalWorks.
• Existing IT contacts at health systems or integrated delivery networks.
