Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; collaboration during U.S. business hours is required.

What you will do
- Support Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, Care Everywhere, and related provider or payer workflows.
- Execute support, testing, workflow analysis, build preparation, enhancement, and documentation activities.
- Drive upgrades, updates, validation, incident resolution, and client-specific application work.
- Collaborate with Epic specialists, client teams, and delivery stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve milestones.
- Create ticket notes, test evidence, knowledge articles, workflow notes, and support records.
- Develop proficiency across multiple Epic modules through structured training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience, including hands-on exposure to healthcare application support, EHR systems, production support, testing, or systems analysis.
- Experience with Epic applications, including Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, or Care Everywhere.
- Knowledge of healthcare application support, production troubleshooting, software testing and validation, and workflow analysis.
- Ability to resolve incidents and produce accurate technical documentation for healthcare applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to collaborate during U.S. business hours and work under moderate supervision.
Nice to have
- Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency.
- Experience with Prelude, clinical workflows, scheduling, patient engagement, interoperability, claims, enrollment, prior authorization, or care management.
- Provider connectivity or payer-platform workflow experience.
- CPHIMS or a similar healthcare IT certification.
