hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Support multiple nonprofit clients, accounting software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transactions.
• Prepare account reconciliations for prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, and accruals.
• Prepare and review basic to moderate financial statements and support general ledger, cash flow, and allocation processes.
• Assist with sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other client deliverables.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting and financial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform entry-level to moderate accounting reconciliations and financial statement work.
• Ability to support multiple clients and recurring daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
