Technical Lead Java Fullstack (Financial Services)

Location: On-site in Aguascalientes, with offices available in Santa Barbara, Azcapotzalco, and CDMX

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable full stack cloud-native applications.
• Build Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs using modern architecture patterns.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Support CI/CD implementation, automated deployments, production troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Lead code reviews, Agile ceremonies, onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading full stack engineering teams, making architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications.
• Strong experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL query optimization, database design, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito, integration testing, and API testing.
• Financial services, banking technology platforms, client onboarding systems, and Agile Scrum experience.

• Google Cloud Professional or Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
• Oracle Java or Spring Professional certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator or Docker certification.
• Certified Scrum Developer or SAFe Practitioner certification.
