• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack features spanning front-end, back-end, and microservices.
• Own production issues through to root cause across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Communicate complex technical and financial concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to AI agents and guardrails for trustworthy financial data, including agent design and human-in-the-loop confirmation.
• Uphold and help shape engineering standards, architecture, and collaboration practices.

Требования

• 8+ years of commercial back-end or full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with Kotlin and front-end technologies (React, Angular, or TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and cloud-hosted applications.
• Solid finance or accounting foundation with the ability to reason about financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
