Thermal Sprayer, Staff

Location: East Windsor, Connecticut, United States; onsite at the facility
Shift: First shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Salary: $20–$25 per hour

Specialized technical services are provided for thermal spray coatings and other engineered surface treatments serving commercial, industrial, defense, and energy markets.

What you will do

• Apply thermal spray coatings to various customer components.
• Set up and operate thermal spray equipment.
• Follow verbal instructions and engineering operation sheets.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper operation, reporting issues to maintenance.
• Follow all required safety protocols.
• Read micrometers for precision measurements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 10–15 pounds on average and up to 40 pounds maximum.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Additional security screening may apply because the position may involve exposure to export-controlled information.
