- Lead, coach, develop, and manage the performance of data science analysts.
- Plan workloads, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources across concurrent projects.
- Oversee large-scale analytics and AI initiatives covering data acquisition, transformation, modeling, automation, and insight generation.
- Provide technical oversight for statistical, machine learning, computer vision, LLM, RAG, embedding, and agent-based systems.
- Ensure productionization, validation, monitoring, documentation, reproducibility, quality assurance, and responsible AI governance.
- Partner with business leaders, engineering, IT, and data platform teams to move high-impact use cases from concept to production.

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, statistics, data science, AI, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with APIs, web scraping, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred fields include statistics, computer science, economics, analytics, data science, health data science, AI, or a related discipline.
