Personal Banker

Location: Washington, DC (18th and L Branch); in-office position

Salary: $49,500–$82,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, teller referrals, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer share of wallet through community partnerships and internal ecosystem collaboration.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and available digital tools.
• Resolve customer problems while following branch policies, managing risk, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to follow risk-management policies and procedures and complete required background checks.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
