Fire Systems Program Manager

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA. Office attendance is expected five days per week, with up to three flexible remote days per month. Travel: 20%.

What you will do

• Coordinate fire systems repair and upgrade projects from planning through completion.
• Manage fire alarm, sprinkler, pump, extinguisher, and VDA compliance across the property portfolio.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and internal stakeholders on violation-related matters.
• Review inspection findings, coordinate corrective action, and track issues through resolution.
• Monitor work orders, documentation, budgets, schedules, and project status.
• Identify recurring issues and convert them into structured improvement projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience and knowledge in the fire systems trade, ideally with 3+ years in the field.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with scheduling, cost awareness, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work across cross-functional teams.
• Authorization to work in the USA without restrictions or current or future sponsorship is required.
