Location: On-site at the client site, 1741 Marshall Road, Fort Bliss, Texas, United States; supporting operations across the Southwest region of the CONUS.

What you will do
- Provide overall program and contract oversight for hazardous material supply operations supporting U.S. Army Sustainment Command.
- Manage hazardous material receipt, storage, tracking, and compliant sustainment logistics.
- Oversee environmental compliance operations and adherence to AR 710-series, OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements.
- Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and senior Army stakeholders.
- Manage staffing, budget execution, risk mitigation, inspections, performance metrics, quality control plans, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure non-personal services compliance and traceability across multiple funding streams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive logistics or environmental management experience.
- At least 5 years supporting U.S. Army or Department of Defense logistics operations at installation level.
- Experience with program management, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, contract administration, audit readiness, and risk management.
- Familiarity with HMID and GCSS-Army; strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- PMP or DAU-equivalent certification.
