Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, Jacksonville, FL, or Highlands Ranch, CO).

What you will do

• Champion market needs by engaging with healthcare stakeholders to identify critical supply chain opportunities.
• Serve as the domain expert for hospital and clinical supply chain workflows, translating complex processes into software solutions.
• Develop and execute product strategy based on market insights, healthcare trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end alpha and beta process, from early adopter selection to feedback integration.
• Lead go-to-market readiness by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Support sales, marketing, and services teams with product training and guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Product management experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Expertise in healthcare supply chain operations, including hospital management and point-of-use applications.
• Familiarity with EHR and ERP systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, or Workday.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of surgical supply replenishment models and clinical documentation requirements.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working in hospital or clinical environments.
• 8+ years of combined ERP/supply chain and software experience.
• 5+ years of experience in hospital supply chain operations, specifically in surgical services.
• Healthcare certification or clinical background.
• Experience with tools like Aha!, JIRA, Pendo, or Confluence.
