Principal Product Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: United States; remote home-based role with regular onsite customer travel and up to 40% travel.

Salary: USD 153,075–275,535 yearly, plus variable pay opportunity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the proof-of-concept product strategy and launch the GenAI Appeals solution to beta customers.
• Own the development and launch of a new Provider Revenue Cycle Management product line within 12 months.
• Lead go-to-market activities for new product introduction across sales, operations, engineering, finance, and implementation.
• Engage customers through onsite visits, product development, sales activities, and implementation support.
• Partner with engineering and senior technology leaders to develop scalable products and guide prioritization.
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through scale and optimization, using metrics, competitive analysis, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in 0-to-1 product development within a healthcare technology company.
• At least 3 years of product management experience in healthcare technology and 5 years of Provider Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Expertise in healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management, and leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Experience with HL7v2 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI X12 v5010.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Technical and architectural understanding for effective partnership with engineering leadership.
• Experience producing product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation.
