Program Manager II - Implementation (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead new-logo implementation programs through requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and portfolio plans.
• Manage customer relationships, communications, escalations, status reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
• Track risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate timely resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on client feature requests and technical issues.
• Mentor team members and improve implementation methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of program or project management experience in SaaS or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience independently managing complex program portfolios.
• Expertise in program scheduling, risk tracking, issue resolution, communication, facilitation, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Eligibility to work in the United States for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaaS implementation practices and financial services.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with AI and automation tooling.
