Insurance Representative Personal Lines (Inside Sales)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $15.00–$17.00 per hour

What you will do

• Sell multi-carrier personal lines insurance products through inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and mail.
• Explain coverage options, make recommendations, calculate quotes, and prepare insurance applications.
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance company guidelines, insurance products, and sales techniques.
• Follow up on pending or incomplete policy transactions and support business retention.
• Share ideas with management to identify opportunities for improving sales.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Insurance sales experience required.
• At least two years of sales experience in the insurance industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate PC skills, including spreadsheet and word-processing software.
• Must be based in the USA.
