International Sales Systems Training Support Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid from the London Hammersmith office, United Kingdom; approximately 25% travel, flexing with business needs.

What you will do

• Localise global CRM and sales training materials for international and country-specific regulatory, process, translation, and cultural requirements.
• Deliver CRM onboarding and ongoing training while supporting regional and country Capability Trainers.
• Coach CRM Ambassadors and strengthen local peer-to-peer enablement and training quality.
• Develop refresher training and feature updates with the International Adaptive Instructional Designer.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, adherence reports, competency reviews, and dashboard analysis.
• Identify knowledge gaps, gather regional insights, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong CRM expertise in sales environments, including user adoption and effective system use.
• Experience in sales training, coaching, and leading change involving technology adoption and user enablement.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritisation skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• University degree or comparable qualification is preferred, particularly in organisational development, instructional design, or management.
• Fluent English is required.

• Experience in the medtech or pharmaceutical industry.
• French, German, or Spanish language skills.
• Experience leading change initiatives involving technology adoption and user training.
