Scrum Master (PLM)

What you will do

• Establish and support structured agile processes aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and events to maintain progress toward project goals.
• Track project and team metrics and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments while protecting the team from uncontrolled scope creep.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a business-driven backlog and aligning development with business value.
• Mentor the team on workflow optimization, collaboration, and professional development.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong business orientation, attention to detail, adaptability, and a structured approach to delivering projects on time.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Project management or Agile methodology certifications.
• Experience with structured project methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Higher education in psychology, management, or a related field.
• Experience aligning stakeholder interests between business and development teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools in project management or Scrum Master work.
