Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking products and solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient completion of procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be considered with a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer needs, and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• This position is in-office in Littleton, Colorado.
