Executive Director/Vice President Integrated Research & Evidence Solutions (Real-World Evidence)

Location: US-Remote; remote role. Flexible remote and hybrid work options are also offered.

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 per year, plus equity and commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Advise biopharmaceutical sponsors on Phase IV, observational, post-approval, and integrated research programs.
• Translate research questions into rigorous study designs, protocols, endpoints, patient population strategies, and data-source recommendations.
• Lead scientific discussions across discovery sessions, client meetings, capability presentations, proposals, and strategic solutioning.
• Build sponsor relationships and serve as a primary scientific contact through proposal development, study design, and project initiation.
• Partner with Business Development, Clinical Operations, Clinical Informatics, Data Science, Product, and evidence-generation teams.
• Represent the organization through client presentations, conferences, publications, and industry engagement.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as PhD, DrPH, MPH, PharmD, MD, or equivalent in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience designing, leading, or advising on Phase IV, observational, non-interventional, or real-world evidence studies in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare settings.
• Deep expertise in epidemiologic methods, study design, real-world data, evidence generation, and regulatory or commercial applications.
• Direct experience partnering with biopharmaceutical sponsors on scientific strategy and study design.
• Experience supporting business development through scientific strategy, client presentations, proposal development, and solution design.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, consultative problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills.
