What you will do

• Manage relationships with new and existing clients in an assigned book of business.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue, sales, and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document non-credit treasury products and services.
• Identify client opportunities and provide insights based on financial needs and business objectives.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships to acquire clients and improve the client experience.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks while maintaining solution quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship building, financial analysis, customer engagement, sales opportunities, and negotiation.
• Competence in business acumen, prospecting, selling, critical thinking, communication, and industry knowledge.
• Ability to work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
