District Sales Manager

hirify.global Distribution Company manages the distribution and in-store execution of hirify.global products through retail partners.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution across assigned customers.
• Set and monitor monthly sales and KPI targets, providing feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.
• Conduct two full days of weekly route rides to train and evaluate Account Manager performance and market execution.
• Maintain communication with retail partners and decision-makers to implement national and local programs.
• Run group and one-on-one meetings and workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and ensure adherence to operating standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery management.
• Experience supervising account sales professionals.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
