• Consult with manufacturing clients on business processes, succession planning, and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members.
• Build client and industry expertise through professional events and training.

• Six years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present practical solutions.
• Ability to work with clients on strategic business success.
