VMware Platform Analyst

What you will do

• Manage and optimize VMware platforms and Windows Server environments for service stability and availability.
• Configure and support NAS and SAN storage solutions, including performance and capacity management.
• Monitor infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities and operational risks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across servers, storage platforms, and virtualized environments.
• Implement security controls, backup processes, and access management practices.
• Provide advanced support and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex incidents and technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience managing VMware virtualization platforms and knowledge of Hyper-V.
• Understanding of enterprise storage technologies, including NAS, SAN, and RAID.
• Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Basic English proficiency for technical documentation and collaboration in a global environment.
