• Advise clients on business processes, succession planning, and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members.
• Build opportunities for clients, communities, and colleagues through industry-focused tax work.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Six years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; EA or JD may be accepted instead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present solutions confidently.
• Ability to work directly with clients and support their strategic business goals.
