Tax Manager - High Net Worth

Location: Remote (US-based, CPA required in respective state)

Salary: $106,000 to $160,000

What you will do

• Lead tax compliance engagements within budget and deadlines
• Plan and schedule tax projects with clients and internal resources
• Serve as primary tax contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication
• Review tax work papers, returns, research, and deliverables
• Train, direct, and supervise staff and senior accountants
• Participate in firm initiatives and maintain expertise in high net worth tax areas

Requirements

• CPA certification required in the respective state
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of job-related experience, including high net worth individual tax
• Prior accounting/tax and public accounting experience
• Management, mentoring, and subject matter leadership experience
