Senior Analyst

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Own Definitive Healthcare data feeds and account mapping processes.
• Maintain healthcare organization, facility, account, client engagement, and product subscription data across internal systems.
• Govern Commercial View hierarchies and Dynamics account processes, including additions, updates, merges, and organizational relationships.
• Audit account ownership, hierarchy structures, and data integrity.
• Research and implement hierarchy changes resulting from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructuring.
• Develop reports and analyses, present recommendations, and mentor analysts while improving data quality and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in data management, business operations, CRM administration, account governance, or analytical roles.
• Experience with SQL.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex organizational hierarchies.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
