Director, People Partners - Product, Design & Engineering

Location: San Francisco, CA; full-time onsite role from the San Francisco hub

Annual base salary: $235,000–$317,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the strategic People Partner to the CTO and Chief Design Officer.
• Lead and develop a team of People Partners supporting Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Execute people programs covering organizational design, resource management, performance, and change management.
• Drive performance, calibration, talent review, and succession planning cycles.
• Partner with People and cross-functional teams to execute the People strategy across PDE.
• Use data and insights to advise leaders, measure impact, and strengthen the People Partner operating model.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading People Partner functions in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing a team and partnering directly with executive leaders.
• Experience supporting Product, Design, and/or Engineering organizations.
• Strong business and technical acumen, including the ability to understand product and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge and advise senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Resilience and composure in rapidly changing environments.
