Project Manager (Infrastructure/Security)

Location: Livonia, Michigan, United States; hybrid work with occasional office attendance

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and oversee the life cycle of medium and large infrastructure and security projects across multiple operating units.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, team roles, responsibilities, and detailed tasks.
• Lead project methodology, change leadership, process improvement, risk management, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Prepare project status updates, statistical reports, written summaries, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, expenditure authorization, resource planning, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-organization teams, assign work, monitor progress, and provide guidance to project team members and junior project managers.

Requirements

• Experience managing medium and large, complex projects.
• Experience with project planning, scope definition, budget management, risk mitigation, and problem resolution.
• Ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders in a matrix work environment.
• Availability for a six-month contract in a hybrid arrangement based in Livonia, Michigan.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, including hospitals, medical groups, or ambulatory locations.
• Experience with Workday or UKG.
• Residence near Livonia and availability to attend the office when needed.
