Base salary: USD $69,000–$182,900 per year

What you will do

• Write, review, and maintain clean production code primarily in Ruby, Go, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to explore solutions and build new features.
• Develop and maintain APIs, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ship incremental features and bug fixes while taking on increasingly complex work.
• Participate in technical planning, discussions, code reviews, and engineering practice improvements.
• Join on-call and first-responder rotations to investigate production issues and technical support requests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining production software in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Alternatively, an associate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building user-facing web applications with modern web technologies.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
