What you will do

• Lead branch planning and execution to drive growth, sales, revenue, and market share.
• Develop relationships with new and existing consumer and business clients through discovery conversations, outreach, meetings, and community involvement.
• Identify client solutions and collaborate with internal business partners to deliver an effective omnichannel customer experience.
• Attract, onboard, coach, develop, and manage the performance of branch team members.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of industry-relevant experience; comparable managerial experience may be required for operations-focused roles.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks under applicable consumer financial protection regulations.
