What you will do

• Define and steward endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, and compliance.
• Lead major roadmap initiatives including Intune optimization and Defender integration.
• Design and implement endpoint hardening baselines and least privilege governance models.
• Partner with Security teams to ensure shared delivery, auditability, and technical alignment.
• Configure enforcement and deployment pipelines to reduce operational toil and improve consistency.
• Act as the final technical escalation point for complex fleet issues and lead root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Demonstrated senior or principal-level experience managing enterprise endpoint platforms and security controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives between IT Operations and Security teams.
• Strong expertise in designing enforceable security baselines and least privilege controls.
• Experience with disciplined work management, documentation, and operational readiness.
