Medicare Sales Field Agent (Medicare)

Location: Bloomington, Indiana; must reside in the designated local territory and serve the Monroe County community. Field-based work includes daily face-to-face interactions, in-home visits, and community events.

Salary: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about hirify.global Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust through face-to-face meetings, in-home visits, community events, and grassroots marketing.
• Generate self-sourced sales and meet performance goals.
• Develop relationships and serve as a valued resource within the local community.
• Attend member appointments and events, including occasional evening and weekend engagements.

Requirements

• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Active health insurance license required, or ability to obtain one.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in members’ homes, at community events, and in local community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher limits required by the state.
• Flexibility to work appointments and events during evenings and weekends.
• Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience selling Medicare products or supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Public speaking or presentation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree; fluency in English and an additional language.
