Professional Coach and Content Educator

Location: Remote within the U.S.

Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Deliver bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions through live Zoom calls, helping working learners overcome blockers and improve in their roles.
• Build trust, motivation, confidence, accountability, and reflection through goal setting, roleplays, and constructive feedback.
• Explain course concepts clearly, check understanding, provide practice opportunities, and adapt support to learner needs.
• Help learners plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and apply new skills to real-world opportunities.
• Document coaching notes and follow-up actions within 72 hours, track learner progress, and share trends or escalation needs.
• Participate in coaching meetings, ongoing training, and the development of coaching playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a record of effective 1:1 support.
• Strong organization and responsiveness, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner-level expectations.
• Experience with study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement.
• Professional experience in financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, or data analytics.
• Ability to work remotely within the U.S.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in education, including classroom teaching, tutoring, or professional training.
• Professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Coaching certification such as ICF, BCC, ICC, or similar.
