Enterprise Deployment Strategy Associate

What you will do

• Support the Director in building operational frameworks, renewal standards, and portfolio reporting.
• Assist Deployment Strategists on key accounts by preparing renewal materials, account plans, and stakeholder maps.
• Turn complex portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage the operating rhythm of the Americas Enterprise team.
• Shadow senior team members to gain deep product fluency and prepare for a transition to a full Strategist role.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles.
• Structured thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous situations into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working with CRM data models, field mappings, and large spreadsheets.
• Disciplined approach to closing commitments and managing tasks independently.
• Strong written communication skills suitable for C-level stakeholders.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for a long-term career in enterprise customer strategy.
