Trading Compliance Specialist (Sports Wagering)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: 75,600–94,500 USD base annually, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and current Trading regulatory requirements across multiple sports wagering jurisdictions.
• Communicate new and updated regulations affecting emerging wagering markets with Trading Operations.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on trading compliance to stakeholders across Trading, Sportsbook, Legal, and Regulatory Operations.
• Design and improve processes for tracking regulatory requirements, internal controls, and trading system configurations.
• Build relationships with gaming regulators and support approvals for new sports wagering offerings.
• Support jurisdiction launches, regulatory submissions, customer-facing content reviews, and compliance risk mitigation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory-focused roles.
• Experience reviewing legal, regulatory, or compliance documentation and working with legal or regulatory stakeholders.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and investigative skills for evaluating complex regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry, sports wagering, or work in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States. A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
